Applicants should generally meet the following requirements:
✔ Hold a valid Bangladeshi passport with at least 3 months validity beyond the intended departure date and at least 2 blank visa pages.
✔ Complete and sign the official Schengen Visa Application Form (Form 119031).
✔ Clearly demonstrate the purpose of travel, whether for tourism or visiting relatives and friends.
✔ Provide personal financial documents showing sufficient funds for the trip.
✔ Submit confirmed hotel reservations and a round-trip flight itinerary.
✔ Provide employment, business, or student-related supporting documents.
✔ Hold valid Schengen travel medical insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000.
✔ If visiting family or friends, provide an invitation letter along with the host's supporting documents.
✔ Submit translated civil status documents where applicable.
