Visa Application:
Completed and signed Schengen Visa Application Form generated through the VIDEX system, including all printed pages and barcodes.
Signed Declaration of Consent Form.
Passport:
Original passport with at least 3 months of validity beyond the intended departure from the Schengen Area.
Minimum 2 blank visa pages.
Previous passports, if applicable.
Passport Photograph:
1 recent biometric passport-size photograph
Size: 35 × 45 mm
White background.
Face coverage between 70 and 80%.
Do not staple or glue the photograph.
Travel Insurance:
Overseas travel medical insurance valid throughout the Schengen Area.
Minimum coverage of €30,000, including emergency medical treatment and repatriation.
Credit card travel insurance is not accepted.
Travel Documents:
Round-trip Flight Reservation or Travel Itinerary.
Confirmed hotel reservation with complete address and booking reference.
Personal Cover Letter:
A signed letter explaining the purpose of your visit, travel schedule, and details of who will bear the travel expenses.
Travel Plan:
A detailed day-by-day itinerary covering your planned destinations and activities within the Schengen Area.
Employment or Business Documents
For employed applicants:
Employer's letter confirming designation, salary, approved leave, and purpose of travel.
For self-employed applicants:
Valid Trade License.
Certificate of Incorporation.
Memorandum & Articles of Association.
Company bank statements for the last 6 months.
For students:
Proof of Enrollment.
Leave the approval certificate from the educational institution.
Financial Documents:
Original personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
Evidence of additional financial assets, such as
Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR), DPS, Property ownership documents, Holding tax receipts
Latest income tax return certificate and proof of tax payment.
